Our parish has one of the largest Religious Education programs in the diocese. We are continually seeking volunteers from among adults and young adults and are thankful to those willing to dedicate their time, talents, and faith.
Religious education is pivotal in nurturing the spiritual development of young individuals. As a catechist or volunteer, you have the opportunity to profoundly influence the lives of children and adolescents within your community. You can help them develop a deeper understanding of their faith and build a strong ethical foundation that will serve them throughout their lives.
Serving as a catechist or volunteer can enhance your spiritual growth. By teaching others about your beliefs and values, you deepen your own understanding of your faith. This role can also bring a sense of purpose and fulfillment as you endeavor to impart your faith to others.
We recognize that you might feel reluctant to volunteer due to uncertainties about your teaching skills or knowledge. Rest assured; we will offer sufficient support to ensure your success. The Christian Formation office is committed to assisting you at every stage.
If you're interested, please reach out to us, and we will secure a spot for you!
